MINUTES OF SELECTMEN MEETING – March 29, 2010 5:00 PM
Selectmen Present: Eric R. Munson, Jr., Steven DellaGiustina and Thomas Paine
The board discussed the necessity of the meeting scheduled for Tuesday, April 6, with the USDA. Some members of the TBC committee, Finance Committee, Board of Selectmen and Tolland’s Treasurer will meet with USDA, all finances for the building projects will be handled through the Tolland’s Treasurer.
The Southwick Tolland Regional School Committee asked for a time extension for their budget, extension granted.
A mileage reimbursement was submitted by the Tolland’s Fire Chief. The reimbursement request needs some clarification from the Fire Chief and will be addressed next Monday. The Board of Selectmen will be writing a mileage policy.
Any open burning with out a permit is the responsibility of the Fire Chief.
Reviewed Fiscal 2011 budgets.
